How to order and Order Process

1. Please kindly confirm which kind of products you will purchase.
2. Call us, and welcome to send the inquiry emails to our company, or you can add our Whatsapp, Messenger, Wechat, Instagram or the Viber and Skype so we can talk with each other online.
3. We will quote you according to your quantities.
4. If you need samples, we will prepare the samples for you, you will pay the sample and the shipping cost to your country.
5. For the official order, after confirmation about the prices, trade terms, delivery time etc., we will send you the Proforma Invoice with our bank information.
6. We will begin to produce your official order after we received your deposit or your down payment.
7. We will send you the photos for the semi-product and production scene during the producing process and the pictures for the finished products when the order will have been completed.
8. We will book the shipping spaces for your shipment before the order is going to be finished.
9. The photos for loading container will be sent to you and we deliver the container to the port of loading.
10. You will make the rest payment before loading the container or after the container departed from the port as per the different trade terms.
11. We will send the relevant shipment documents to you after we received your rest payment.

Shipping

1. For the samples, always will be sent to you by international express, for example, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX etc.
2. The order cargos will be loaded into the container, and the container will be shipped by ocean transportation
3. Shipment time: your order will be shipped within 15-35 days or more according to order quantities and the order time.
4. Shipping cost: we will offer you the latest shipping cost according to the port of destination or the place you named
5. Freight forwarder: use our forwarder or you can designate the forwarder

Claims

We are sorry that you have received damaged goods or a possible shortage with your order.
Sanlic will work quickly to try and resolve this on your behalf.
We do ask to please provide a brief description of the damages or shortage being reported in addition to photos.
